No per-prediction billing
We don't charge per AI inference, per anomaly flagged, or per classification. One flat per-checkpoint rate. When AI ships, predict, classify and route as much as you want.
Custom model training on Business (coming soon)
Want a fine-tune of Incident Classification on your historical labels? When AI ships, Business will include one custom training per quarter (coming soon). Additional training available as professional services.

Pricing FAQ
Why include AI in Business instead of as an add-on?▼
Because the value is in the integration. AI anomaly detection is most useful when wired to alert routing, incident workflows, and audit logs — selling it separately as a 'module' incentivizes dual-tier products where the AI version doesn't actually use the platform features. By bundling, we make the AI version the platform version.
Can I get only the AI features without the rest?▼
No. The AI features are tightly coupled with the platform — anomaly detection requires patrol data, incident classification requires the incident system. There's no commercial 'AI-only' SKU because there's no technical 'AI-only' product.
Can I downgrade from Business and keep my AI training?▼
If you downgrade to Pro, AI features are turned off — but your trained per-site Anomaly Detection models are kept frozen for 90 days in case you upgrade back. After 90 days they're deleted (not retained for cross-customer use).
Do you offer enterprise pricing for 250+ checkpoints with custom AI requirements?▼
For 250+ checkpoints or specific compliance requirements (FedRAMP, custom data residency, dedicated infrastructure for AI inference), Business covers most cases. Above that, talk to sales — we can do dedicated tenants and custom SLAs but we won't quote a 'mystery enterprise tier' on top of public pricing.
Is there a discount if I commit annually?▼
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free versus paying monthly, applied at checkout. Cancel anytime — annual plans are not multi-year contracts.
